Maria Micaela Bautista
Mica is a Certified Transformative Life Coach and a licensed Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). She delivers strategies and data-driven solutions to grow your businesses and develop people.
Her experiences were formed from multinational corporations, development sectors, and a personal-professional athletic life where she found her passion: life coaching.
Mica believes that people are drivers of their own motivation and coaching is a tool to empower others to make things happen.
Ma. Ramona Santos Fider
Monette is a Certified Strengths Coach with over 30 years’ combined experience in training, development and education. She has raised 5 children as a single mom.
Growing up in war-torn countries aroused her curiosity to embrace diversity and multi-cultures. Her various work experiences have provided valuable life lessons on resilience and what really matters.
Monette applies various methodology to help deepen self-awareness, unlock potential, define purpose and establish action steps for greater outcome.
Renato Dimalanta Fider
Renato is an International Certified Addiction’s Professional. His whole life is a testimony to recovery and well-being.
His depth of understanding, knowledge and skills come from a plethora of experiences gained from being in jails, treatment facilities, and subsequently, immersion in recovery training programs and activities.
Renato recognizes God’s grace in being clean & sober since 2003. His gratitude fuels his desire to celebrate recovery by helping others find meaning and order in disorder.
Nicolai Anniana Bautista-Cariño
Nicolai is an educator and instructional leader with over 17 years of experience in teaching, teacher development, and program leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Learning and Teaching from De La Salle University and a double major in English and Physical Education.
She has led faculty development, implemented instructional systems, and supported school-wide academic improvement across multiple institutions. Her work focuses on mentoring teachers, strengthening classroom practice, and designing programs that enhance student learning outcomes.
Nicolai brings a collaborative and systems-driven approach to education, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, professional growth, and high-quality teaching and learning.
Natasha Dawn Bautista
Natasha is a strategic and operational leader with a strong track record in launching and scaling tech startups.
As Head of Startup Programs & Ecosystem at 917Ventures, she leads innovation programs that drive venture growth and ecosystem synergies. She previously led Marketing & Communications at 917Ventures, supporting startup validation, go-to-market, and expansion efforts.
Prior to this, she co-founded QBO Innovation Hub, helping shape the Philippine startup ecosystem, and was a founding member of Grab Philippines, where she rose to Deputy Country Manager and led the growth of GrabCar.
With deep expertise in venture building, operations, and growth, she is passionate about building teams, developing programs, and scaling impactful businesses.
